Our Mission

To support creation and exhibition of highly skilled, cutting edge artwork created by emerging artists from around the globe, provide affordable, juried studio space to local artists, and provide free exhibition space, art supplies, mentorship, and education for teen artists.

 

ArtHatch provides a forum for at risk youth to become familiar with and appreciate other cultures. This allows them to enter into dialogues about issues from a variety of perspectives especially from those outside the United States and increases their awareness of the world around them.

 

ArtHatch provides a unique platform for young artist to engage a diverse audience.  It provides a public encounter with art that educates, stimulates, encourages dialogue and aids in awareness. It increases art audiences.  

 

The facilities are open for high school and college students’ field trips and class assignments. The emphasis on youth orientated opportunities will inspire younger visitors about their own artistic expression and exhibition possibilities.
